Art Copy & Code was inspired by the creative revolution of the 1960's, when everything changed simply by partnering up art directors and copywriters. Today, we’re in the midst of a second creative revolution, driven by technology and “code” is being added to the core creative process. To launch this program for Google, 72andSunny and Tool teamed up to sourced over 155 pieces of content to create a unique video for each user based on their time of day and location.
Sourced the films visuals to illustrate the influence of art, copy and code in advertising and brought the campaign to life during the live event at SXSW in 2012.
We were able to create an experience that is unique quite-literally every time it's played by dynamically pulling in updated news content, date/time and a users' location information. Rad.
I increased my business affairs chops by leading research and rights management for the advertising content featured in the film. As I transitioned from my role at 72andSunny to Tool, I became the go-to-person for Google well after the campaign came to an end.
